Collect all the company's debts and rights; fixed debts or financial claims against a third party against a certain percentage of collected money and/or rights.
Revision banks to request scheduling facilities or request loans or facilities and/or accounting procedures.

Serving official letters and notices upon the company management's demand, addressed to official entities and social security corporation, Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Industry and Trade, all governmental establishments, Ministries of concern to ensure the utmost professional manner.
Conducting internal legal investigations with employees, if necessary, submit such investigations before courts if legal action is filed, whether by the company or employee against the company.
Issue circulations and bulletins to employees or laborers including instructions to improve their work efficiency and maintain the business fundamentals and mode in the company to ensure the most possible cooperation and discipline and create teamwork thereof.
All the company's legal business and related matters thereto and everything delegated by the management to the office and all new matters originated thereof of concern to the legal department.
